Senior Fullstack Engineer - Operational Automations

Embed in brokerage operations to remove manual work by designing and building durable, auditable automations and user-facing tools. You’ll study operational workflows end-to-end, then partner with frontend engineers and domain experts to deliver backend services that scale globally without proportional headcount growth. Own systems from design through CI/CD, monitoring, on-call support, and incident response while instrumenting metrics like MTTC and manual steps removed.
