Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor production automations and UIs that remove manual operational steps.
  • •Partner with frontend engineers to productize operational tooling for predictable staffing at scale.
  • •Identify painful manual processes and translate them into automation candidates and procedures.
  • •Instrument and report metrics (e.g., MTTC, manual steps removed, queue sizes, ops satisfaction) and iterate based on measured impact.
  • •Own the full system lifecycle, including CI/CD, proactive monitoring, on-call rotations, and incident response with auditability and data lineage.

Key Requirements
