Key Responsibilities

  • •Owner to monthly & yearly closing timeline and deliverables.
  • •Responsible for preparation of Japan Consumption Tax return, Business Premise Tax return, and Annual Statutory Report.
  • •Responsible for cash management, mainly reimbursement.
  • •Support for SOX testing.
  • •Support and Standardize system development and implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 7 years of experience in accounting (IFRS or US GAAP and J GAAP), tax filing and treasury management.
  • •Professional level in SAP FI/CO and strong MS Office (Excel is a must).
  • •Bilingual in Japanese and English.
  • •Self-starter with problem-solving, result-oriented mindset, timely decision making, and good communication skills.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree, CPA, Tax accountant or MBA is a plus.
