Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in the branch by engaging clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and recommend tailored solutions. Drive individual activity and sales goals while attracting new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. Open consumer and business accounts, deposits, lending and home equity products, support teller transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with risk, security, audit, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing impact in day-to-day interactions.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities in person and over the phone, and deliver customized recommendations to support clients’ financial goals.
•Open personal and business accounts and related products (e.g., checking, deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit).
•Build partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions; support teller transactions and participate in branch huddles/debriefs as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year of experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and generating referrals; sales experience is more important than financial services experience (required).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) (required).
