Key Responsibilities

  • •Support executives with calendar, travel, meetings, agendas, preparation, tasks, notes, and emails
  • •Serve as a strategic thought and execution partner focused on team cohesion, operations, and planning
  • •Identify opportunities to optimize executives’ time through recommendations on time management and prioritization
  • •Partner cross-functionally with the People Team and other internal teams to ensure alignment on projects, milestones, and internal events
  • •Act as a delegate by signing off on expenses, approving POs, managing tooling, and preparing content, presentations, and key documents
