Job Summary

Lead architecture design, integration, and validation of advanced solar tracking systems. Collaborate across mechanical, structural, electrical, firmware, and software teams to define requirements, ensure safety and reliability, and improve energy yield. Based in Sorocaba, you will drive system-level design, validation plans, and cross-functional integration from prototype to production.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with the product management organization and other engineering organizations to understand customer needs and translate them into engineering requirements and practical design solutions.
•Perform system architecture design, including functional block diagrams and interface definition.
•Develop and manage system level requirements from definition to implementation and verification.
•Lead integration efforts across hardware and software components, ensuring robust operation from prototype to production.
•Create and implement test plans to bring up, debug, and validate designs to meet functional and performance goals with a focus on safety and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Control or Automation Engineering, or a related field.
•10+ years’ hands on experience designing complex electromechanical products; 2+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering.
•Experience with the full product lifecycle, from requirement definition to design, production, operation; cross-functional collaboration.
•Experience performing trade studies and lifecycle cost analysis; experience writing requirement specifications, verification plans and test plans.
•Advanced English proficiency.
