Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as deputy to the Regional Head of Finance, ensuring continuity and coordinating priorities, agendas, and information flow.
  • •Support the regional finance transformation by unifying Germany, Switzerland, and Central Europe under the new finance organizational setup.
  • •Proactively prioritize, coordinate, and allocate end-to-end requests to ensure owners, deadlines, and on-time deliverables.
  • •Act as the final quality gate and jointly shape the overall storyline and key messages with regional finance leadership.
  • •Coach, support, and develop controllers and colleagues while championing AI and automation to improve efficiency in a multi-entity environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Senior-level controlling/finance experience of at least 10 years in a complex, multi-entity or international environment.
  • •Track record coordinating cross-functional work, managing projects, and delivering to senior stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • •Experience coaching and developing controllers or colleagues in a team setting.
  • •Hands-on interest in AI/automation tools (e.g., Claude, PowerBI) and knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) or comparable ERP systems; strong MS Excel skills.
