Job Summary

Support the Portfolio Management – Valuations & Analytics team for Blackstone Strategic Partners and Blackstone Credit & Insurance. Review PCAP statements, analyze trends, and present secondary fund performance. Apply valuation methodologies aligned with Blackstone policy and external guidance (including ASC 820), coordinate reviews with third-party valuation firms, and help prepare memos, presentations, and inputs for business forecasts and planning deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Review partners’ PCAP statements, aggregate results, analyze trends, and present secondary fund performance.
•Prepare presentations, memos, and ad hoc analyses for senior leaders and participate in valuation committee meetings with stakeholders.
•Apply valuation methodologies in accordance with Blackstone’s valuation policy and external guidance (including ASC 820).
•Coordinate valuation reviews with third-party valuation firms and respond to firm inquiries.
•Drive onboarding for technology and offshore team members, ensure data collection procedures, and support internal forecasts and planning deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline (CFA and/or CPA a plus).
•3+ years of private valuation experience in transaction services, a private equity fund, hedge fund, or third-party valuation services.
•Understanding of ASC 820 valuation guidance, including discounted cash flow and market multiples.
•Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ to work with deal professionals, Asset Management, and portfolio company representatives.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to large groups.
