Manager - Operations.Trade Operations-Exports

Lead end-to-end exports operations across Trade Finance products, ensuring compliance with bank policies, SOPs, and ICC guidelines while maintaining appropriate risk and control measures. Advise commercial customers and internal product development teams on export finance, payments, document checking, letters of credit, collections, and risk participation. Drive SLA adherence, review and resolve customer complaints, perform due diligence and sanction checks, and manage a team of 15–20 people.
