Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business impact by executing the Global Product Cost organization’s vision and objectives.
  • •Provide sourcing and manufacturing technical expertise to identify cost reduction opportunities while balancing quality and performance.
  • •Lead creation, adoption, and benefits of fact-based SMVs and labor overhead using GSD and VF applications.
  • •Direct analysis and re-engineering of vendor production and transactional processes at specific sites to optimize cost, efficiency, and quality.
  • •Coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, including budgeting/planning with the GPC Director.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •6 years of relevant experience in product costing/manufacturing operations.
  • •2 years of managerial experience.
  • •Degree in industrial engineering (or equivalent) or minimum 6 years’ relevant experience.
  • •Comprehensive GSD knowledge with at least 2 years practical application; certification is a plus.
  • •Training/certification in Six Sigma, SPC, 5-S, TMC, project management, facilitation, or other quality/process improvement processes is a plus.
