Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations while building lasting client relationships. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized floor.
