Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, design, and execution of the new plant construction and site consolidation projects.
  • •Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders (local, regional, and global teams) and external partners (consultants, contractors, suppliers).
  • •Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, Sika standards, local regulations, and HSE requirements.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, addressing deviations, risks, and bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing industrial construction projects, preferably in chemical, building materials, or manufacturing industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset).
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • •Experience working in GCC/Qatar projects with knowledge of local regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
