Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, maintain, and improve the integrated Quality management system and lead continual improvement of quality control processes.
  • •Retain current quality accreditations, pursue new accreditations, and prepare for periodic audits including timely closure of preventive and corrective actions.
  • •Establish systems to monitor customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective controls.
