Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule planned maintenance activities for LyondellBasell and resident contract personnel for daily maintenance and maintenance outages.
  • •Use production (PMC) work requirements and available maintenance resources to build daily and weekly schedules that utilize resources efficiently.
  • •Lead negotiations when necessary to ensure priorities are met and resources are continually optimized.
  • •Verify work process and procedure compliance while resolving issues.
  • •Provide input to PMC/Maintenance Manager for scheduled jobs in advance, forecast additional maintenance resources, and incorporate feedback to improve work efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience, with Primavera or similar scheduling tools preferred.
  • •SAP planner experience for petrochemical maintenance processes, or 5+ years as a maintenance craftsperson/technician in fitter/boilermaker/welder, machinist/millwright, or instrument/electrical/analyzer roles in a petrochemical or refining environment.
  • •Good negotiation, communication (written, verbal, presentation), organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make effective decisions and manage conflicting priorities.
  • •Strong computer skills, particularly SAP, Windows applications, and email.
