Job Summary

Support production build on-site at Vietnam PCBA factories, driving improvements to FPY. Own and enhance test plans and processes aligned to worldwide PCBA requirements, ensuring compliance and using factory data to reflect real conditions. Lead test management across teams, analyze and report results (NUDD/DFT/HSR/5C), develop fixture readiness and lifecycle plans, and coach local test teams. Own system/subsystem design requirements and resolve complex issues via root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•On-site Vietnam PCBA factory production build support and continuous improvement of FPY.
•Design, review, approve, and implement test plans and processes to match worldwide PCBA test requirements, ensuring factory compliance.
•Lead PCBA factory test management; identify, analyze, and summarize test NUDD/DFT/HSR/5C reports and lessons learned.
•Plan and manage test fixtures lifecycle and readiness, track issues, and coach local PCBA test teams to improve test technologies.
•Ensure manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability of test designs; perform benchmarking, testing, and analysis; document results in technical reports and coordinate root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues.

Key Requirements

•5 to 10 years of related experience in PCBA test engineering with a bachelor’s degree.
•Advanced understanding of system architectures.
•Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions to resolve issues.
•Strong communication in English.
•Able to be based at the ODM site 5 days a week.
