Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze problems and determine initial approach to solve issues with available means.
  • •Handover problems to second-line support and document data relevant for problem resolution.
  • •Perform repairs and standard service actions independently using tools and replacement parts.
  • •Plan procedures based on customer machine time windows and ensure availability of parts and information.
  • •Explain actions to users, train customers in use and maintenance, and recommend changes in procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in field service or maintenance of complex machinery is preferred.
  • •Ability to analyze problems, gather diagnostic information, and decide on initial approach to solving issues.
  • •Experience in performing repairs and standard service actions with appropriate tools.
  • •Ability to coordinate handovers to second-line support and document data for problem resolution.
  • •Willingness to train customers and share knowledge with the team.
