Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services on a major construction program, providing commercial leadership throughout delivery.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants across all project stages to maintain communication and coordination.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities across the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate/assist with strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services, including commercial status reporting.
  • •Manage and develop a cost management team, including performance reviews, coaching/mentoring, and driving best practices and audits.

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting life sciences/pharmaceutical/biotechnology/laboratory/manufacturing/industrial construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, cost control, change management, procurement, and contract administration.
