Sales & Service Lead - The Summit Birmingham

Lead a high-touch sales and service experience on the retail floor by assessing guest needs, delivering technical product education, and coaching the team to close gaps. Own daily customer relationship-building, analyze reports to strategize and execute action plans, and ensure effective store coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads on budgets, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities, while directly leading Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
