Cathode/Services Supervisor

Supervise and schedule employees in the Cathode and Services areas to achieve production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Serve as a first-level authority by leading, coaching, and driving accountability. Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with pot rooms and maintenance to remove barriers. Apply Alcoa Business System, lean, and root-cause problem-solving to improve processes and records, and support employee/labor relations.
