Job Summary

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for AI Tools & Capabilities across the Group AI Platform. Lead discovery with AI Platform stakeholders to surface adoption blockers, translate stakeholder requirements into scalable platform solutions, and manage backlog priorities by value, feasibility, and strategic goals. Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance to deliver incremental bank products while embedding responsible AI practices including transparency, fairness, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Tools & Capabilities for the Group AI Platform.
•Translate strategy into a multi-quarter roadmap with clear priorities across group capabilities.
•Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance to deliver incremental products to the bank.
•Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, manage the backlog, and translate needs into scalable platform solutions with clear success criteria.
•Run discovery across AI Platform stakeholders to identify friction points limiting adoption, and prioritize features based on value, user needs, feasibility, and strategic goals.

Key Requirements

•Act as a product lead with experience building B2B products, ideally in a financial setting, using AI/ML; demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•Bring 10+ years of experience in ML/AI or a related field.
•Have 5+ years as a product leader for products and/or platforms.
•Experience leveraging coding assistants, including OpenClaw and Claude.
