Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary consultant and day-to-day relationship manager for an assigned block of small group retirement plan clients.
  • •Build long-term relationships with plan sponsors, committees, and internal stakeholders to support client retention and satisfaction.
  • •Lead annual plan reviews and ongoing touchpoints to assess plan performance, member outcomes, and alignment with client objectives.
  • •Provide guidance on plan governance, CAP guidelines, and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements (federal and provincial).
  • •Support plan changes, vendor transitions, or special projects; identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Valid LLQP (required to obtain within one year if not already in place).
  • •Typically 5+ years in the group insurance industry, specifically group retirement services.
