Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a multi-discipline engineering team focused on semiconductor facilities chemical and gas system engineering across engineering, design, construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • •Oversee South Asia greenfield FAB design and construction discipline activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Provide technical leadership and support to global/regional/site facilities and manufacturing teams as the technical field domain expert, including benchmarking and technical problem solving.
  • •Establish and maintain best-in-class engineering and construction practices, including cost management, engineering/constructability reviews, and design/package feedback.
  • •Support global facilities initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and reliability/performance BKMs; identify and manage KPIs and advise senior/executive management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering required.
  • •Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Facilities related industry.
  • •Technical expertise, knowledge, and experience on Facilities and Semiconductor Chemical and Gas Systems.
  • •Ability to build and lead teams, develop people and their career growth, and focus the team on meeting strategic objectives.
  • •Ability to travel 50–60% of the time or more to Micron network sites and FAB construction project locations.
