Support creator-focused marketing initiatives for the TikTok LIVE Creator Growth Marketing team, helping drive awareness, engagement, and participation. Plan and execute campaigns across owned and earned channels, draft creator success stories and spotlights, coordinate recognition moments, and maintain trackers and shared documentation. Coordinate with internal teams across LIVE Ops, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms/PR, and Creative while pulling basic performance metrics and conducting creator trend research.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the planning and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels (in-app, social, comms).
•Source and draft creator success stories and creator spotlights to bring TikTok LIVE storytelling to life.
•Coordinate creator recognition moments and programs by managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications.
•Coordinate across internal teams (LIVE Ops, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms/PR, Creative) to keep workstreams organized and moving forward.
•Maintain trackers and timelines, support marketing content production (shoot coordination/asset organization), and pull basic performance metrics for reporting recaps.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Film/Production, or a related field.
•Strong interest in creator marketing, influencer ecosystems, entertainment, and social media platforms.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable drafting copy and internal updates with guidance.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
