Job Summary

Own the development and execution of seasonal global marketing strategies and campaign plans for PUMA Handball. Ensure alignment from sell-in to sell-through and deliver end-to-end global Handball Footwear campaigns across all consumer touchpoints. Partner with Product Creation to shape positioning and storytelling, lead external agencies, and drive athlete activation strategies with Sports Marketing and European markets. Build cross-functional relationships to deliver integrated campaigns across the Handball category.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute seasonal global marketing strategies and campaign plans for PUMA Handball, aligned from sell-in to sell-through and supported by Europe and key regions.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of global Handball Footwear campaigns, ensuring premium storytelling and alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
•Partner with the Product Creation team on product positioning, storytelling, and campaign direction to connect product innovation, athlete insights, and consumer relevance.
•Independently lead and manage external creative agencies and production partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand activations and communication.
•Lead athlete activation strategy and execution with Sports Marketing and European markets to maximize visibility, storytelling opportunities, and commercial impact.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Sports Marketing, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or lifestyle.
•University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
•Extensive experience developing and executing integrated global marketing campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints.
•Strong skills in campaign management, strategic planning, storytelling, agency management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
•In-depth knowledge and passion for Handball, sports culture, athlete marketing, and the global sports landscape.
