Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues and recommend corrective actions based on schedule variances.
  • •Develop plans and schedules for proposals and participate in schedule review meetings.
  • •Update and produce scheduling management reports and conduct/assist performance measurement and schedule trend analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain WBS, ensure effective project coding for cornerstone applications, and incorporate directed changes into the schedule baseline.
  • •Develop CPM schedule logic for engineering, procurement, and construction; resource load schedules and perform remedial schedule risk analysis, including progress/invoice and subcontract schedule status support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of scheduling, planning, or project controls experience supporting federal programs or projects, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Advanced expertise in CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, resource loading, and resource leveling.
  • •Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM), performance measurement methodologies, and integrated project controls.
  • •Experience utilizing Primavera P6, project management information systems (PMIS), and enterprise project controls platforms.
  • •Professional certifications such as Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent credentials.
