Collaborate across Billing, Cash Applications, Treasury, and Legal, support SOX testing/reporting, and analyze KPIs like DSO and aging to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable portfolio for the Middle East region to collect billable revenue per collection guidelines.
•Monitor assigned ledgers to maintain minimum aged debt levels and proactively identify and escalate bad-payer risk.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing and payment issues across the assigned portfolio.
•Optimize regional AR processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with global standards and relevant Middle East statutory and tax requirements.
•Collaborate with Billing, Cash Applications, Treasury, and Legal to resolve cross-functional AR issues, while supporting SOX testing and analyzing portfolio metrics (DSO, aging, collection effectiveness).

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable processes, systems, and regional business practice.
•Ability to generate new solutions to complex, portfolio-level collections and billing problems.
•Autonomously work within established procedures with minimal day-to-day supervision.
•Strong ability to anticipate patterns and assess wider regional and process implications.
•Experience supporting AR controls and SOX testing for the assigned portfolio.
