Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver land referencing components for infrastructure projects, including landowner engagement and securing consents and land rights.
  • •Coordinate with Land Consultants to identify, notify, engage and gain access to lands affected by infrastructure projects.
  • •Prepare and manage documentation for land acquisition, compensations, and statutory orders in line with project needs.
  • •Liaise with landowners, land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, and stakeholders to secure access and minimize risk.
  • •Contribute to bid writing and CPD-enabled knowledge sharing within the Land team across the UK and Ireland.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Agriculture or similar.
  • •Demonstrable experience in land referencing, landowner engagement, and acquisition of land rights including consents and statutory processes.
  • •Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • •Experience delivering land referencing and land access activities across infrastructure projects.
  • •Chartership or membership of a relevant professional body would be advantageous.
