Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, organizing, and executing entire projects end to end from idea to launch, working closely with design, operations, and creators.
  • •Build new products from scratch and make important architectural decisions as one of the first engineers on the team.
  • •Collaborate to design visually stunning and easy-to-use user experiences for creators across the platform.
  • •Help establish Laylo’s engineering standards, tooling, and processes to support future growth.
  • •Contribute to cross-functional work with design and operations to deliver end-to-end product experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually
