Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre-contract quantity surveying activities: tendering with bidders, bid analysis and recommending awards to clients; prepare BOQs and cost plans during design and tendering for EPC contractor selection.
  • •Post-contract site quantity surveying: monitor progress, track field data, and support project master schedule progress.
  • •Review and verify contractor quantity trackers and progress reports; ensure data accuracy for Earned Value analysis.
  • •Maintain QS processes for data collection, performance measurement and progress validation across construction activities.
  • •Develop, issue and evaluate contractor change orders, aligning scope with budgeted hours and ensuring compliance with project rules and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management (or combination with adequate experience)
  • •Experience with Lump Sum, Reimbursable Contract and Unit Rate contracts
  • •Strong understanding across civil, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, coatings, heat tracing, insulation and fireproofing
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Access for data analysis/reporting; Indonesia Total Station survey equipment preferable
  • •At least 8 years of experience in the relevant industry (Senior QS)
