Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a PUMA Football Footwear franchise, developing seasonal plans from sell-in through sell-through
•Partner with Product Creation and Design to contribute to product positioning, design narratives, and campaign direction
•Coordinate integrated global footwear campaign development and delivery with creative services, external agencies, and regional teams
•Support activation of the franchise’s global athlete roster, enhancing player visibility and storytelling opportunities
•Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights to optimize effectiveness and inform future planning

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in brand marketing, sports marketing, product marketing, or campaign management, ideally in sporting goods, fashion, or lifestyle
•University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field
•Experience developing and executing integrated global marketing campaigns from strategy through market execution
•Ability to translate product innovation and design into compelling consumer storytelling and brand campaigns
•Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
