Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary people advisor for managers across Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and the UAE, guiding policies and sensitive employee matters.
  • •Own comprehensive regional leave administration, including statutory and medical leave requirements by jurisdiction.
  • •Coordinate regional benefits renewals with the Benefits Lead, working with local vendors and brokers to ensure compliant offerings.
  • •Provide immigration support for APAC and UAE employees by partnering with external counsel and vendors.
  • •Support and, when needed, lead employee relations and offboarding processes, while proactively identifying compliance, policy, and operational gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations professional with multi-jurisdictional experience across APAC.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and statutory requirements.
  • •Experience navigating employment regulations in at least one additional APAC market (South Korea, Japan, Australia, or UAE).
  • •Ability to advise and coach managers on nuanced people matters with sound judgment.
  • •Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and coordinating payroll.
