Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration on aircrew EFB devices.
  • •Handle device activation, device/application password resets, and device/application unlock procedures.
  • •Initiate lost mode and conduct device retrieval as needed.
  • •Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration on EUSA devices following MDM provider configuration profiles.
  • •Initiate approved EUSA operating system updates and review audit logs for unauthorized access/configuration changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Troubleshoot and load software on computers, servers, and/or EFB devices.
  • •Serve in an aircrew position and/or have knowledge of squadron flying operations (desired) and knowledge about Electronic Flight Bag devices.
  • •Experience working with products using iOS (Apple) operating system software (strongly desired).
  • •Have at least a high school degree or GED (preferred).
  • •Maintain an active Secret Security Clearance.
