Job Summary

Build and launch a 0→1 beauty quick-commerce venture within talabat’s New Ventures organization, owning discovery and validation end-to-end. Shape how MENA shoppers discover, evaluate, and re-buy beauty through brand-led, content-heavy experiences designed for scale. Partner with engineering, design, data, commercial, marketing, and brand teams to define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver go-to-market plans—while operating in ambiguity and executive visibility from week one.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end discovery process for the squad, from problem framing to solution validation.
•Champion features that improve beauty shopper discovery, confidence, and re-purchase across MENA segments.
•Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data to build and ship impactful features.
•Collaborate with design and research to uncover unmet shopper needs and identify opportunities.
•Define and evolve product strategy, prioritize the roadmap using customer needs and squad KPIs, and coordinate go-to-market launches with commercial, marketing, and brand teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of digital product management experience.
•Successfully launched products to market, ideally including at least one 0→1 launch (new vertical, business model, or marketplace).
•Hands-on “AI-fluent” prototyping and the ability to ship AI capabilities that improve the customer experience.
•Strong instinct for content, merchandising, and category navigation (assortment, hero products, seasonality, shopper missions).
•Comfortable working in ambiguity with strong communication and experience grounding decisions in research and data.
