Senior Contract Specialist - Pre-International (Sr. Contract Specialist – International Contracts)

Manage the preparation of contractual documents for international RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements, including drafting, negotiation, and finalization of technical and commercial terms. Coordinate with program/project managers, finance, and senior legal counsel to negotiate and finalize customer and supplier agreements (e.g., NDA, licensing, supply and services). Assess scope, identify contract administration risks, drive mitigation actions, and manage contract correspondence in line with quality and information security policies.
