Job Summary

Establish and lead a newly formed HR Shared Services team, building a centralized, efficient HR Operations function. Own service delivery frameworks and ensure a seamless employee experience across onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and offboarding. Drive operational efficiency through scalable process design, maintain HR data integrity in HR systems, and report KPIs. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, hire and onboard team members, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead the HR Shared Services team, including hiring new members and developing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

•Develop and execute a service delivery framework to ensure responsiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.
•Oversee employee lifecycle events including onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and offboarding programs.
•Ensure HR data accuracy, generate regular KPI reporting, support compliance with local labor laws, and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
•5+ years of HR operations or shared service center experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing high-performing teams.
•Strong experience in global HR operations, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
•Proven expertise using HRIS systems to support shared services delivery.
•Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
