Job Summary

Keep the parking areas clean, orderly, and efficient for event guests. Direct motorists to available parking spaces, calculate charges, and collect fees. Open and close parking areas by lifting, positioning, and removing barricades. Support the venue’s sustainability efforts and help coordinate end-of-show venue closure tasks with team members. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
•Direct motorists to parking areas/spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
•Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
•Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
•Participate in sustainability efforts and assist with end-of-show venue closure tasks; complete other duties assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Provide courteous, friendly, efficient guest service and have 1+ year guest service experience (preferred).
•Use excellent communication to speak professionally, clearly, and concisely.
•Be able to perform constant walking and occasional sitting required for the role.
•Maintain a well-groomed appearance suitable for guest-facing work.
•High school diploma/GED is preferred.
•Previous parking attendant experience is preferred.
