Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full P&L for DM, driving sales, investments, and profitability.
  • •Develop and implement fact-based customer plans using shopper, consumer, and category insights.
  • •Use data (Nielsen, GfK, sell-out, shopper data) to support distribution, pricing, and activation decisions.
  • •Integrate price elasticity studies and ROI analyses into promotion and pricing strategy; run annual negotiations and joint business planning.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end execution with Marketing, Shopper Activation & Excellence, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and global business units on innovation roadmap and go-to-market.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in key account or category management, ideally in FMCG.
  • •Strong FMCG expertise, including fact-based selling, category thinking, shopper marketing, ROI models, pricing, and forecasting.
  • •Analytical strength with experience using Nielsen, GfK, IRI, or similar data sources.
  • •Fluent in German and English.
