Lead Freshworks’ North America Verticals Solutions Engineering team, supporting Manufacturing, SLED (State & Local Government, Education), and Canada. Build and scale a player-coach team of Solutions Engineers who partner with customers to modernize service operations, improve employee experiences, and accelerate digital transformation. Drive territory go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, win rates, pipeline performance, and operational excellence while serving as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, and executives.

•Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Engineers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
•Partner with Sales leadership to build and execute territory and go-to-market strategies, driving pipeline growth and improving win rates.
•Serve as a player-coach in strategic customer engagements, executive presentations, discovery workshops, and complex solutioning to demonstrate Freshservice value.
•Drive operational excellence through resource planning, performance analysis, and scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices.
•Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, and executive leadership with customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, pipeline health, and product requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading Solutions Engineering teams, preferably in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Enterprise Service Management, or related technologies.
•10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software, pre-sales, or solution consulting.
•Proven ability to engage CIOs and senior IT leaders and influence executive decision-making through strategic conversations.
•Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams.
•Strong understanding of value-based selling, business discovery, and executive storytelling.
