Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver LLM-driven agents using skill-routing patterns and agent control loops.
  • •Curate and evolve a skill library with tool bindings, trust levels, and confirmation checkpoints.
  • •Integrate agents into production systems such as ServiceNow, alerting pipelines, and SAP BTP / Kyma APIs and internal knowledge sources.
  • •Package, deploy, and operate agents on SAP BTP / Kyma, contributing to shared agent memory and feedback loops.
  • •Perform comprehensive production testing that evaluates decision quality and aligns with compliance, security, and governance requirements.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong command of Python (primary) with working fluency in TypeScript / Node.
  • •Experience building LLM applications with tool invocation, structured outputs, and agent control loops.
  • •Understanding of agentic design patterns such as skill routing, human-in-the-loop workflows, and state-machine-driven execution.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with an agent framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or an equivalent.
  • •Production-safety focus for failure modes like hallucinations, tool misuse, runaway loops, and trust-boundary breaches.
