Lead seasonal clothing fit development from concept through production, translating design direction into commercially viable, high-quality garments. Create tech packs with detailed construction sketches and graded measurement specs, develop and refine fit blocks, and guide prototypes and approvals using consumer insights. Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, and vendors to resolve production challenges, run fittings, and align milestones across go-to-market calendars.
