Job Summary

Lead and grow a senior iOS engineering team building video creation and editing experiences across iOS. Establish technical and quality standards for architecture, maintainability, and performance, while coaching engineers on AI-assisted, agentic workflows with guardrails for correctness, security, and code quality. Partner with Product and Design to shape product strategy, balance scope and priorities, and drive a safe-to-experiment culture through feedback and continuous improvement.

•Lead, grow, and support a team of senior iOS engineers delivering creative, user-facing features from design through production quality.
•Set technical and quality standards for iOS engineering, ensuring architectural coherence, maintainability, and performance across the codebase.
•Coach engineers on effective use of AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows while maintaining standards for code quality, correctness, and security.
•Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to shape product strategy and guide scope and priority decisions balancing user impact and technical health.
•Create a safe-to-experiment culture by validating assumptions early, learning from user feedback, and improving each release; develop talent through feedback and career conversations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,200 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years shipping Apple applications with significant experience delivering complex, production-scale iOS products.
•Experience managing and growing teams of senior engineers, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development.
•Technical fluency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS SDK; able to review, guide, and influence architectural decisions.
•Strong product instincts and UX sensibility, including familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
•Experience using AI-assisted development tools at a team level, setting workflows and guardrails for AI-generated output.
