Academic Support Senior Specialist

Support the Graduate Studies department by managing graduate program operations, monitoring student progress, and maintaining accurate records of reports and feedback. Help coordinate graduate program accreditation logistics, support research leave applications, and uphold academic documentation, policies, and guidelines. Compile course portfolios, participate in thesis development, and collaborate with committees to communicate clearly, follow up on student petitions, and ensure a high level of service for all stakeholders.
