Job Summary

Lead strategic selling of Trend Micro products to major enterprise accounts in Azerbaijan, coordinating with resellers and Global System Integrators to meet and exceed quota. Build trusted advisor relationships at the C-level, identify IT and cybersecurity needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective security solutions. Maintain accurate forecasts and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize account value.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the account lead for assigned Azerbaijan enterprise accounts, driving initiatives and best practices to achieve client value
•Engage with clients to identify needs, planned initiatives, and IT/cybersecurity objectives, acting as trusted adviser
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Regional Account Managers, Marketing) to understand goals and KPIs and drive opportunities
•Develop and manage a reliable forecast and maintain account plans and customer relationship tools
•Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive posture to position Trend Micro offerings effectively

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Account Management in Information Technology / Security solutions
•Experience in Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, Commercial market sectors
•Ability to engage at the C-level
•Experience selling cybersecurity, networking and IT products and solutions; knowledge of top competitive solutions
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or Management with equivalent work experience (preferred)
