Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of event technology solutions, ensuring stability, quality, and flawless operation across assigned events.
  • •Configure and optimize event technology tools, including branding, customer-facing flows, and integrations.
  • •Define and manage project scopes, timelines, and technical implementation plans in partnership with marketing stakeholders and agencies.
  • •Establish and run QA and testing frameworks, including ticket triage, bug resolution, and continuous improvement of the event tech stack.
  • •Drive experimentation and data-informed analysis of event technology performance using a “test and learn” approach.

Salary: USD 130,500 - 204,450 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of experience in event technology, event project management, digital event production, or related roles.
  • •2+ years working with a high-growth enterprise technology SaaS company.
  • •Strong understanding of event tech platforms (registration systems, mobile apps, virtual/hybrid platforms, onsite hardware).
  • •End-to-end understanding from registration to scanning to leads to business metrics.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities using a project management tool.
