Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive a roadmap for doubling developer productivity across engineering, product, and data science, sequencing work and tracking measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead organizational change management as teams adopt new ways of working, communicating progress to executives and ICs and helping teams internalize processes and tooling.
  • •Partner with Developer Amplification (DevAmp) Area leads to accelerate developer productivity via AI-powered tooling with clear goals and sustained momentum.
  • •Lead delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives from conceptualization to launch across multiple workstreams.
  • •Develop detailed plans, identify/mitigate risks and dependencies, remove blockers, and guide/develop other TPMs and engineering leads to scale best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 181,600 - 272,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a TPM, Engineering Lead, or Engineering Manager.
  • •B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent degree or experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical transformation programs with measurable organizational impact.
  • •Strong executive presence and influence in a matrix environment to align priorities and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • •Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA.
