Associate - Capital Markets and Advisory, Consumer & Retail (Central, Hong Kong Island, HK)

Support capital markets and advisory transactions across IPOs, M&A, and related deals. Prepare client materials such as pitch books and information memoranda, build financial models, and conduct financial and industry analysis. Help with due diligence and transaction documentation, coordinate across clients and internal teams, and work closely with senior bankers on client coverage and origination while monitoring market trends and performing market research.
