Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve analytics datasets used by the agent, including data modeling, semantic definitions, and LLM-legible metadata.
  • •Build and maintain ETL and transformation pipelines, improving correctness, freshness, and testability.
  • •Enhance knowledge and retrieval quality, including knowledge base search, context construction, and prompt history.
  • •Develop evaluation systems to measure answer correctness and drive quality improvements.
  • •Build backend agent workflows (prompt handling, orchestration, response generation) and ship user-facing analytics workflow features.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building and shipping production systems.
  • •Hands-on data engineering skills including SQL, data modeling, warehouse/lakehouse design, and pipelines others depend on.
  • •Experience with a cloud data warehouse, ideally BigQuery, and a pipeline orchestration framework.
  • •Experience with LLM/agent systems, especially retrieval quality and measuring whether answers are correct.
  • •Ability to work with an evolving brief and bias toward delivering usable outcomes early with user feedback.
