Drive in-market wallet strategy with non-traditional fintech partners across the CEMEA region to increase Visa payment volume, market share, and data processing revenues. Partner with leadership teams and country managers on industry, regulatory, and pricing initiatives, while supporting go-to-market for a new mobile-based technology solution.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute wallet and partner strategy for the region to increase Visa payment volume, market share, and data processing revenues.
•Drive acceptance of Visa payment solutions across market segments, including top-tier and marquee merchants.
•Secure and close strategic deals with fintech partners to drive non-traditional transformation in the payments landscape.
•Support teams in negotiating large strategic partnerships and develop strong relationships to protect and grow Visa business and brand standing.
•Play a hands-on role in deploying and taking to market a new mobile-based technology solution while translating local market needs into regional strategies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree such as a Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or 0 years with a PhD).
•Minimum 5 years of success in progressive leadership positions in the payments industry.
•Working knowledge of payments network and processing services, plus mobile technology.
•Strong sales and relationship management skills with influencing and negotiation capability.
•Project management experience and strong oral and written communication skills.
