On-Site Services Operations Specialist - New Jersey

Serve customers by performing customized lab work and research protocols, while supporting lab and production operations across New Jersey. Coordinate and lead coverage for facilities and customers, back up other territories, and work with management to deliver SOPs, training, scopes of work, and customer-facing service support. Use systems such as SAP and multiple inventory/procurement tools to procure materials, maintain KPIs, support SAP billing activities, and manage expense-report budgets.
