Job Summary

Manage and govern regional HR IT services for Time, Pay, and Pension, ensuring stable, compliant RUN operations across application support, incident/change management, and SLA/KPI performance. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to onboard new countries, systems, and providers. Own the commercial model (costing, cross-charging, budgeting) and align cost structures with Finance planning cycles. Drive service standardization, continuous improvements, and compliance with GDPR and security/audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end service management for regional Time, Pay, and Pension systems, ensuring stable and compliant RUN operations across application support, incident/change management, and service monitoring (SLAs, KPIs).
•Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and support onboarding of new countries, systems, or vendors.
•Define and manage the commercial model for regional HR IT services, including service costing, cross-charging mechanisms, and budget planning to ensure transparency and efficiency.
•Collaborate with Finance and service owners to align cost structures with delivery and financial planning cycles.
•Ensure adherence to data protection (GDPR, PIA/DPO), security standards (ISO, BCM, penetration testing), and support audit readiness and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in HR IT service management, ideally covering Payroll, Time, or Pension systems, with commercial management and IT financials (costing, budgeting, cross-charging).

•Strong commercial and financial acumen with knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL or similar).
•Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior level, acting as a trusted interface between IT, HR, Finance, and external partners.
•Analytical, structured problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
