Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects from original concept through final implementation, serving as the single point of contact for stakeholders. Manage scope, change, budget, quality, and delivery timelines while ensuring client satisfaction and handling escalations. Coordinate project teams, document risks and issues, and communicate clearly across stakeholders. Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing solutions, contributing to proposals and tender presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects through concept to final implementation.
•Act as single point of contact to interface with stakeholders, ensure client satisfaction, and manage escalations.
•Ensure projects deliver the as-sold solution within baselined budget, on time, meeting quality and client satisfaction.
•Manage delivery through rigorous scope control, change management, and documentation of risks and issues.
•Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing project solutions and helping prepare proposals and tender presentations.

Key Requirements

•Plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion with seasoned project management skills.
•Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, managing customer satisfaction and expectations to high service levels.
•Manage escalations and urgent, complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality criteria and delivery on time.
•Demonstrate business acumen and commercial skills, including balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
•Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/project management (or related field) and preferably have relevant project management certifications (PMP required; ITIL beneficial).
